Robert Wayne Koff Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Robert W. Koff Age 76, of Braidwood, IL passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL. Born August 19, 1945 in Chicago, IL to the late Edward and Victoria (nee Martinaitis) Koff. Robert graduated from Lisle High school with the class of 1963. Veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Vietnam War. He retired from the Jefferson Jr. High School in Woodridge after many years of employment within the maintenance department. Robert loved spending time on the water, whether it was fishing or boating. He also enjoyed classic cars, corvettes, and rooting for the Chicago Bears and Cubs. Surviving are his wife of thirty-one years, Debora (nee Mercer) Koff of Braidwood, whom he married December 21, 1991 in Joliet, IL; five children, Melissa Koff of Frankfort, IL, Robert (Jennifer) Koff of Minooka, IL, Victoria Krause of Woodridge, IL, Kathy (Shane Lindsey) Craft of Ransom, IL, and Brandon (Michelle) Quirk of Crest Hill, IL; eleven grandchildren; three brothers, Allen Koff of Channahon, IL, Jerry Koff of Brookfield, IL, and Edward Koff of CA; daughter-in-law, Michelle Quirk of Joliet; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents; and son, Michael Quirk. Visitation for Robert will be at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Home & Crematory, Braidwood, Sunday, May 8, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. Funeral services will be from the R.W. Patterson Funeral Home & Crematory, Monday, May 9, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. to the Immaculate Conception Church in Braidwood for the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Braidwood.
